Certificates and other documents that are to be submitted to the German Embassy or to German authorities and are not written in German, English or French must be translated by a translation agency.

The embassy cannot provide or certify translations.

There are no sworn or publicly appointed translators in Cambodia. The attached list (see below) gives examples of translators known to the Embassy in alphabetical order. The Embassy assumes no liability for the content, quality and costs of the translations. Nor does the entry in the list imply any special recognition by the Embassy.

Please clarify with the German office to which the translation is to be submitted whether the translation made in Cambodia will be recognized in Germany.
