On behalf of the Embassy of Germany, VFS Global has been operating a Visa Application Center in Phnom Penh since March 1st, 2019. Please visit the Website of VFS to arrange appointments and get information on the application process including access to the electronic visa application form ”Videx“. Please arrange  your appointment as soon as possible in advance. Applications can be handed in 3 months before the departure.
