Ambassador Messerer had the distinct honor of meeting with Samdech Techo Hun Sen, the President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia. They engaged in meaningful discussions on enhancing bilateral cooperation, exchange of political visits, international and regional issues, economics , investment and human rights.
Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to deepening the partnership between the two nations.
