Application form for a German National Visa
Attention:
A new electronic application form “Videx-national” for German National Visa (long-stay visa) is available from October 1st 2019. Applications can only be accepted with the new electronic form and the necessary documentation which has to include 2 copies of the application form and supporting documents.
