If you are looking for a visa to Germany or to a Schengen state please read the information below:
In order to travel to the following Schengen States Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland for visit, tourist or business purposes up to 90 days you need a short-stay Schengen Visa. If your main destination is Austria, Germany, Finland, Italy, Luxemburg or the Netherlands you have to apply for a Schengen Visa at VFS Global. Only in exceptional cases and by appointment, visa applications are accepted at the German Embassy.
For staying more than 90 days you have to apply for a National Visa (long-stay visa) at the Embassy of the concerned Schengen state.
